Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay for books with PayPal (Visa, Mastercard or Paypal) or Google Checkout, depending on the owner.
Q: What am I committing to when I rent something?
A: The owner of the rental book sets their own conditions for the rental, and the terms and conditions should be stated in the checkout of the book you want to rent. But you generally agree to be responsible for late fees and any damage to the book. If you have questions you can contact the owner of the listing.
Q: If a book can be shipped, who pays for shipping?

Q: How do I find out where to return a rental?
A: Each listing may have different conditions for returning the book you rented. Check the terms and conditions of the rental book to determine the return process. If you have questions you can contact the owner of the listing.
Q: What if I lose the book I rented or fail to return it?
A: You will be responsible for paying the difference between the rental amount and the replacement cost.
Q: What if the owner sends me an book that is different than the one I ordered, or not in usable condition (e.g. a really torn-up book) Can I get my money back?
A: Yes. Please contact the item owner to arrange for your refund and return of the product.
