Retro gaming controller price factors

Vintage video game controller prices depend on rarity, demand and condition. Standard controllers for mainstream gaming systems and obsolete consoles aren’t particularly valuable unless they’re new in the box; however, unique and and special edition controllers can be worth a lot of money.

Atari 2600, 5200 and 7800 controllers are typically worth between $3 and $36. Rare Atari 5200 controllers like the WICO Command Controller Joystick/Keypad Combo and the Trak Ball Game Controller can sell for more than $100.
