Method 1: On the Samsung Tablet

1. Access Settings

On your Samsung Tablet, locate the Settings app, marked by a gear icon .

Where to find it:

Home Screen: Scan your home screen for the gear icon labeled Settings and tap it.

3. View Tablet Info

In the About Tablet section, tap Tablet Information or look directly for the details displayed on the screen.

4. Locate the Model Name

Find the Model Name (e.g., "Galaxy Tab S9") or Model Number (e.g., "SM-X710"). The model name is your tablet's identity.
If only a model number is shown, jot it down and refer to Samsung's support site (see Tips) to decode it.

5. Finished!

You've successfully found your Samsung Tablet model!

Model Number Lookup: If you see a code like "SM-X710" instead of a name, head to Samsung's support site (samsung.com/support) and search "tablet model numbers" to match it to your device.
Physical Check: If your tablet won't power on, flip it over and inspect the back near the bottom or side edge. The model name or number (e.g., "SM-X710") is often printed in small text.
